We started out this lovely halloween with a Hyrum Dam Scary run. I was a volunteer for the Hyrum City Youth Council with Sammy and Audrey to scare people. There was probably 40 people we were able to scare. Jake Dymock and his friend Austin were down on the beach and they were going to scare me but I was too quick and left before they were able to find us. Thanks for trying though!
